Hi,
I am working in a corporate company for the last 13 years and serving as a QC head, i have placed the resignation 30 days back and asked to relieve me within 30 days, but in my appointment letter it is stated as 3 month notice period from either side, bur no pay in lieu of salary.
i have send 3 reminder mails to the department head, but they are not interest me in relieving and taking my belonging of company documents, computer before 90 days.
and finally today they have sent me a warning notice saying if you leave your job before notice period we will take legal action against you.
now i am going to join our company competitor, now what can i do?.
the new employer is not willing to wait for 90 days, they want me to join by 3-4 days.
is they will take any legal action against me or claim a compensation.
