Hello Deps,
You will find data on Team Building at
www.innovativetraining4u.com
An article on Team Building: Requirement of an Intervention might be of help to you. The link is as follows:
http://www.innovativetraining4u.com/...eaderart2.html
There are some more articles on "Training Games" which are more or less Team Building focussed.
best of luck,
Hanu

Hi Hanu,
Thanks for prompt reply.
I need to design some exercise for the follow-up session on Teamwork.
I am planning to develop an instrument wherein all the participant can share the problems they have observed while working in the teams. Once the problems are identified we can have a group-discussion to discuss the solutions for the same.
The only apprehension I have, what if participant didn't come up with enough issues as the maturity level of participant is low.
In case you have some better idea, kindly suggest.
I would appreciate an early reply..
Thanks and Regards,
