26 are Monthly days (Excluding Sunday). 15 Days are payable days as per Gratuity act. i.e. 15 days payment of last Gross (Gross= Basic + DA only.)

I had worked 4year 11 month 13days with an limited company.
1) is I eligible for gratuity?
2)I resigned in oct'15 but I didn't get my gratuity amount what I have to do for gratuity?
3) My last BASIC is 9430/- da-0.00/.
4) If I eligible for gratuity how much I will get with interest from 25th Oct,15 to till date, pls tell I interest amount separately if possible??
