Dear All, I am looking forward to implementing assessments at various leadership levels and want to know what skills are essential to be successful at each level. I am looking for Psychometric tools and Cognitive ability tests right from Entry Level Leadership till C-Suite.
Would request if somebody can guide me in understanding key skills (both, behavioral & cognitive) at each level of leadership. E.g. Is it important to assess critical thinking ability in first-time managers along with their ability to achieve results from others?
