It doesn't matter too much as how much you are earning what matters is your skills . Yes although you ave not mentioned clearly if you the mentioned salary was same on joining or else and if so did you ever expected hike from current employer and if not , did you gained any extra skills which makes you eligible for further rise .
I would suggest first know the job description of your next job , look what extra quality is there within you so that you can speak of a better hike and makes you important and best suitable for the job .
See frankly speaking in general employers try to negotiate you within 5% -25% at max , untill you have outstanding skills and in common 10-20% hike is given . so to get better hike , study the nature of business and try to handle your interviewers and get them agree that you are really the best employee for them .
Hope after research for the organization and try to know your strong areas and skills for yourself to suit the next company and you will get your answer after the analysis .
