Hi, I recently got an offer from an MNC Bank in Bangalore. The designation offered to me was Senior Developer which is graded at Band 6. According to HR, Band 6 corresponds to Senior Manager. However, nowhere in the offer letter, it is mentioned as "Senior Manager". Only the designation and the band are written.
On asking, HR replied that they cannot mention "Senior Manager" on the offer letter which was quite baffling to me.

I researched a bit and found that the bands are internal to the bank.

My question is,

1) If I were to leave the company after some years, how will my future company know that I was working as a Senior Manager? Will the relieving letter mention "Senior Manager" or Senior Developer in this case?
