CAN ANYBODY HELP US BY ANSWERING OUR QUERY ?
We are working in Indian Oil Corporation Limited in West Bengal. We came to know that EPFO has sent order to Regional Offices to deduct PF on HRA & Transport Allowance etc. for the employees of various organization based on judgments of M.P. HIGH COURT.
Sir, in our case employees get HRA who do not occupy company accommodations and get Transport Allowances who do not avail company transport.
Sir, our query is whether that order of EPFO is applicable to our company? If yes, then what should we do as our company is not deducting PF on HRA & Transport Allowances till now?

You may contact the Additional Central PF Commissioner Dr.Mahendra Raju (Kolkata RPFO) for proper advice.
He was in Bangalore and got transferred to Kolkata recently.

in MP matter this is only s decision which is taken by court in any particular matter. this is not Government order (G.O). so its not applicable to you. because for G.O first it will be raised by committie and after that ammedment it will go to Government for aprovval and if government give aprovval for it then it will published in Official Gazete.
so pl. deducted pf as per Rule don't go as per M.P Court decision.
