HI I want know about the Form X employment card... What is the Rule and Act as been under come of which location...

Hi sir... i know that act will under come labour act but my doubt is that Form X will be aplicable for the which location... Bangalore or hyderabad or chennai or mumbai or gurgaon

If I am not wrong I hope that Form X is a disclosure from the resigned employe stating that their is no dues pending for him from the organization side....

I know that but some company will followed the employment card as been location wise... Example : Mumbai location.. one company will not follow employment card that will be followed inducation letter... some company followed employment card under the rule 76 and Form XIV... So only i asked what location for Form X followed.... Thank you for Reply i got the solution that card will be issued chennai location....

I am sad to say that you still have not got the reply to your query. In Tamil Nadu, provision of Employment Card (Rule 76 of TN CLRA Rules, 1971) has been omitted with effect from 03rd August 2011.
However, Employment Card is given on Form X in Orissa as per Rule 75 of The Orissa CLRA Rules, 1975. I am enclosing the subject rules for your ready reference.
