Auditing Context Of the Organization, Leadership , Strategic Direction and RISK & Opportunities,
Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an audit.
Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and Audit Team Leaders.
Plan, prepare and conduct an audit in accordance with ISO 19011
Look for conformance, Report the audit findings, including writing valid, factual and value adding non-conformity report, if found
Undertake audit follow-up activities, including evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action.
Pre-requisite to attend this course:
• It is recommended that the students attending this course shall have adequate knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards and some prior knowledge of QMS auditing.
• It is also conveyed that no prior knowledge as above may lead to unsuccessful completion of this course and the gaps in this knowledge may not be covered during this course.
FEE STRUCTURE:
Training Fees – INR 25,000 + Applicable Tax per person. The fee includes course material, lunch and refreshments and also covers the cost of issuing certificate (10% flat discount for more than 2 or more participants from same organization)
