I was working with a company and during this period I got medical condition so I resigned from that company and they also pressurized me to work on Saturday and Sunday even not mentioned in offer letter and after this I m not able to serve the notice period due to my medical condition and hr approved my early release but now they send me fnf letter they asked me to pay 56k and I m not in that condition to pay my father is not working on any job I m the sole owner
And in fnf letter they mentioned advance salary I don't receive any salary from my company and notice period deduction even hr is not informed me
What should I do please help
