Professional Tax is applicable to all your branches. You have to deducted PT of your respective location employees and remit the same in local area. Some states, remittance is on monthly basis. In some states it is once in 6 months. Kindly check with local applicable law.

Hi Mukesh,
I found this in cite hr only.. I believe it will help you,
According to the Bonus Act 1965, the bonus is applicable to the employees with Basic+ D.A is less than or equal to 10,000/- and the eligibilit of bonus counts as 3500/-. Percentage of bonus depends upon the dicretion of the management (applicable in case of employees with gross salary more than 10,000).
As per the bonus calculation, 3500 x % of bonus (8.33% to 20%) x No. of months worked
Thanks,
Neha
