The maximum hours of work per day is 9 hours. This is excluding intervals for rest. The spread over, ie,the time including intervals for rest cannot be more than 10 hours and 30 minutes. As such if you have only 30 minutes break time for lunch you can make the workers work for 10 hours. but in any case the hours of work per week shall exceed 48 hours. In this case, your workers will be working for 50 hours per week. This is not permissible.
