Dear all,
I am a graduate and i have completed my graduation in 2013, with in the span of 3 months i had placed in a CMMI level 5 company with the designation as Media Developer. The domain was based on HTML as well as support, lately i came to know that it has no growth . Now I am 14 months experience and doing the same work since one year.
Now I am searching for new job remaining as fresher, i have attended many interviews till now and selected through HR round in some of them but got rejected at the last moment. As they are giving much preference to latest passed-out's and hiring maximum of them I am getting less chances to got select. Now I am being hope less and frustrating about my future. As i have my strengths and about to prove my self but has no chances.
Please help me with your valuable suggestions, my future is in trouble.
Thanks and Regards,

Dear Sudheer Kumar,

In the last few years, jobs for freshers have come down, nevertheless, it does not mean that there are no jobs at all. When you say that "I have attended many interviews", it means there are jobs. However, when you say that you were not selected means there were better candidates and they have outperformed you.

Whenever you attended interviews, did you maintain proper records of the questions asked and the answers that you gave? Though you have attended several interviews, you did not get a proper feedback on the quality of the answers. This lack of feedback is also a problem.

The second thing is about your confidence with which you sit in front of interviewer. The third thing is the sequence in which you give the replies, whether you stutter, choice of your words etc.

Talk to your classmates or batch-mates. Ask them what questions were asked and what replies they had given. Find out why they were selected. Talking to successful persons is also one of the means of improving oneself.

All the best!
