My employer deposited 5 years (from 2011-2015) of PF contribution arrears in my PF account in the month of November 2016 after the settlement of inspection case. When i am checking my member passbook the amount is not yet credited in my account. I am planning to quit my job within one month. Will I be able to withdraw the entire contribution along with arrears paid by my employer.

Hi,
Yes you can withdraw the entire EPF amount only but not the pension fund. But before that please verify your PF account and get your passbook updated with the help of your HR.

Thanks Chandana Hyma, I discussed it with my HR but he says that they have deposited the arrears and showed me relevant documents also. He is saying that it's the error from PF office side. Is there any rule that we can't withdraw arrears before 5 years from the date it's submitted? Please suggest.
