u r right, my only worry is whether PM &IR is sufficient to gain mid level position in this profile coz MBA is 2 years (currently i m 40) and will cost much.

Dear Shrikant ji,
thanks for ur reply.
I want to make things pretty clear that in May 2012 I will clear my DLL (labour law), also my experience had been into secretarial/back office/leave /attendance/coordination. Now I want that after completing DLL and based on my experience and interest in statutory compliance, want to gain mid level position in any small/medium enterpreneour.
Also MBA will take 2 years and i m having other family responsibilities so not clear whether i will be alble to clear that. I feel if I do PGDM-in PM & IR next to this course will do?
also if you could give me some tips to handle HR manager or Asst. Manager profile.
pls be in tough friend.
