My self Sangeeta, Recently i joined an organisation as a AM-HR. But i have a doubt in regards to PF deduction, Becoz my organisation is established recently in July2013, But not enrolled for PF, still management is asking to deduct pf for employees.
Can anyone kindly update me how to process this and wt is the exact procedure.

It is not advisable to deduct the PF until & unless you enroll to PF or started the enrollment process.
For PF deduction you should calculate 12% on the basic of upto Ceiling of 6500 & pay the same contribution of employer contribution with additional admin charges of 1.61%

Hallo!,
Even if the company was started only in Jul 2013, if the number of employees are 10 or more (new amendment for number of employee 2013, the company has to obtain for PF code in the mean time they can recover from you and add their contribution and take a DD every month in favor of PF department and submit the same along with a covering letter informing pending PF code, remittance is mad through DD, on allotment they have to register online and update all employee details form day one and file PF_ECR for every month against the DD submitted
