can anyone gimme examples of :
1 a company who takes over other companies n destroys thm so tht ther is no competition
2 miniature replica....its like aparent companu is operatin in say india ...it had a replica of the parent company in india, same product lines n stuff...but the area of operation is smaller.
3 a company tht acquired another to become strong in their country
4 a company tht manufactures product A in some country bcoz of resources avail ther n product B in some other country.....but markets it everywer.....dont guive HLL ka eg.....coz venky already gave us tht
5 leadership vacuum...wer the leader retires or goes away...leavin the company with 4 VP's....n bcoz of tht ther is coldwar
6 a company tht durin acquistion had different standards...promised stiff..but after 2-3 yrs...chupchaap changed thm
7 a company who acqiured some company but a diffeerent line of product....like sunflower by ITC

Absolutely nothing funny about your post and it's absolutely okay to ask a little guidance. But I don't think use of hindi and abbreviated words comes across as professional and it is a bit difficult to understand. As you probably have seen from the posts, there are many international members in this forum and it's probably extremely difficult for them to understand what you are asking.
