Hi,
Is it really possible for an organization to make sure that knowledge is transferred to within the organization when people reshuffle? Up to what extent the theory of tacit and explicit knowledge is effective?
Your ideas please.

Hi,
Having received no response to my previous post on Knowledge Transfer Management I continued to work on it and here is one ppt file that throws some light on this concept.
I hope this will be useful to those who are interested in this theory. All the best. :=)

Hi Pankaj.
The ppt that you have shared here was really good.
In this competitive world, organizations are now mainly focusing on knowledge management and knowledge transfer process where in they find their people with wide experience and knowledge of the work ,day to day functioning of process of work is stored and once this experienced person leaves is a big loss to the company yet .... now it is seen that, this loss is taken over by many ways to uproot the new comers to do well in the organization .. like mentoring, documentation, knowledge sharing and transfer and many more methods of knowledge management

Hi Pankaj
In my perspective, Management of Knowledge is very vital for an organization and to keep a proper eye on it is a critical exercise to be done.
So both Tactical as well as Explicit Knowledge are equally significant to be maintained and effectively utilized in an organization to achieve the set objectives.
an organization must adopt even practice a holistic approach to equally incorporate both types of knowedge at various organization levels.
