I am working in ABC company and now handling HR activity, our company engaged some employee through manpower supply agency. my question is we are paying 13% for PF (3.67% EPF, 8.33% EPS, 0.50% EDLI & 0.50% Admin charg) & 4.75% is correct or not. Can we pay 12% only as employer part PF.
