Hi guys I need help regarding visa I don't know if this the right form to be asked , my father is Pakistani he worked in Saudi Arabia around 30 years now he want to go to Bangladesh forever but since he Pakistani he can't get visa there so hes friend convinced him to do re-entry exit to Dubai so he got visa there and he told him he will get for him exit to Bangladesh on the same passport canceling the Dubai visa could this be possible in the same day can he cancel the visa ? or my father will get in trouble becuz hes friend is only working porter and has the access to computer without permission he says he will cancel the visa from computer and will get him visa to Bangladesh on the same passport

Irrespective of the Rules, pl note that your father's friend seems to be EITHER ignorant or taking you for a ride.
He can 'manage'--if that's the right word--the exit from Dubai. But when your father lands in Bangladesh, he will definitely need the Visa issued by the Competent Authority....NOT by anyone, like the friend suggests.
If anyone who has access to a computer can issue/cancel Visas, the world would be a mess by now, I am sure.
In all probability, I think your father is making the WRONG choice of planning to go to Bangladesh--given the historical reasons, like you mentioned, getting a Visa would indeed be tough. Maybe, he needs to have a rethink on his future plans.
