Hi sir i have signed a bond for two years in the case of breaking i have to pay 100000 but due to my health issues in that palce i came out. I was there in the company only for two days i haven't taken any training from them. They have clearly mentioned in the bond that if i break the bond i have to pay 100000 for the purpose of taking training from them but i was there only for two days. Now they're forcing me to pay the amount. Is it legal.

Please talk to a lawyer at your earliest. The amount mentioned in the bond was against some kind of training that would be imparted to you. Since you spent barely 2 days, you haven't attended it .
You need strong communication to be sent to them challenging the bond.
Please act fast. The employer is merely bullying you. Wish you all the best !

Please talk to the lawyer and lodge an FIR , if your employer is refusing to return them. Write to them first and give them a time limit to return the document . Lodge an FIR , if you don't receive it after that time period.
Holding documents is unlawful. Please act fast, before they cause you more damage.
Next time onwards, submit photocopies and not the originals. Keep the originals at a distant place where it will take days to bring them. Under no circumstance hand it to any one, ever !
Wish you all the best !

Well advised above by our learned members. I would like to add/ repeat here:
1. For the pan/ adhaar card, immediately lodge FIR before the police station. They cannot keep any original documents with themselves.
2. Immediately reply with strong words that you are not liable to pay the amount.
For both 1 & 2, you should consult a lawyer while getting the letters drafted (especially for point 2)

NASSCOM does not blacklist any employees just by employer blacklisting him/her. NASSCOM's department has National SKills Registry(NSR) function wherein employees own the registration of their skills profile.
These are mere threats by employers.

Such contract is not valid in general sense. The company can only recover the cost of special training, if any, provided to you. However, since the company has demanded Rs.2 lacs, it is advisable to consult a lawyer and give a proper reply.
