Dear Seniors, I want to know if there is a procedure to be followed for converting employees from probation to confirmation. If there is any review forms or letters, please let me know.

Hi,

After review of performance during Probationary period subject to satisfactory performance confirmation letter can be issued to the employee. Performance review form / confirmation letter template are company specific. Some company follow direct confirmation without any performance review form. There is no predefined template.
