It depends upon the nature/activity of the establishment registered as a company like factory, shop or establishment, motor transport undertaking, plantation and the like.

Please confirm the state you belongs to, as of now from your status i presume that you are asking for mumbai then as per shops act for Mumbai it is 21 days per year and maximum accumulation limit is 42. 21 leaves are applicable to those associates who have worked for minimum 240 days in the last year.

As rightly answered by Umakanthan Sir it depends on the company under which it has been registered. The leave cannot be less than the prevailing law of the S&E and/or Factories Act of that state.

As per act, its 1 earned leave for 20 days working.
Usually, Manufacturing companies give Cl- not more than 12 per year, SL- 10 per year to non ESIC employees, EL - 21 to 30 depends on company's leave policy.
