Hi, I work in application packaging. My 1st company was A=>got merged in to B=>switch=>C=>switch D=>switch again B.
Although my educational record is not strong, I am technically very good. That's why I am serving in this industry, but every time I switch jobs, I become tense.
I was failed in 11th science, I did 11th again and passed.
I failed in 12th Science, I did not try again
, and then I earned a full-time diploma in Industrial Electronics Engg. Three years from msbte.
Then, after 1.5 years, I started doing the job. After this, I started learning through distance learning and completed graduation in arts B.A.English spe. because of my job, I could not take the B.A. exam twice, so there is a gap, but still, in 2008, I completed my B.A.
Every time I switch jobs, I keep these things crystal clear, and I have not faced an issue to date, but I want to know if I will face any issues in the future.
* After joining any company, can they fire me?
* In my next company, I told them this, and they are okay; they need graduation.
* I have worked at B, but that time we got merged from A to B, this time I have directly applied at B.
But I still get scared. I love my domain a lot and do not want to lose my job because of the mistakes I made in college.

Hello MadForMsi,
Where's the mistake that you are referring to?
Could you pl elaborate?
If you are referring to the fact that you 'have a in-between gap in your pursuit of your degree, one can hardly term that as a 'mistake'.
Pl do clarify.
