Hi friends
Sure you all have enjoyed Diwali.
Currently what are the eligibility criteria of an employee for Bonus as per the ACT with its latest amendments. I am asking in relation to the salary and level an employee belongs to (i.e. bargaining or executive/ Management staff).
When does an employee lose the eligibility for bonus to be given exgratia?
Could anyone throw some light on this.

As per the amendment of the Payment of Bonus ACt, the elegibility of persons drawing a salary of Rs.2500 to Rs.3500 is raised.Please see the attachement.
