1. Draw an organization chart.
2. Then number of staff
3. Different positions
4. Positions and reporting, grading Senior, Junior
5. Skilled peoples in work
6. Unskilled people in work.
7. Technical Staff
8. If Manufacturing then skilled category, unskilled category, helping peoples. Supervisors.
9. No of shifts and link staff and relieving staffs and emergency provision
10. Availability of Contract workers at the time of need.

Recruitments: Notice of vacancy, scrutiny of applications, screening of applications, pre-list selection for interview, interview time for each staff to arrive. No clash that two people come at the same time to discuss amongst them.
Working environment
Providing working equipment-Table, chair, Computer, printer. Common Xerox machine, Internet connection,
Office timings, Uniform and dress code.
Weekly holiday
Leave criteria separated as to sick, casual, annual.
