CONTRACT MAN POWER SUPPLY - TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1.SHC shall arrange for the Interview of candidates , short listed by the client,
2. The client shall ensure that the payment of Professional Charges shall be made within first week of every month and Cheque should be drawn in favour of "Shri Harish Consultancy" Chennai..
3.. GST @18 % tax as applicable with reference to the bill value.
4.The candidates who leave the services of the Organisation and we will make necessary arrangement within 10 days
5.The candidate should be eligible for National and Festival holidays leave with wages
6.We will pay the payment on 5th of every month to all staff through KVB BANK ACCOUNTS.
7We are collecting for Rs.10 from Worker and collecting for Rs.20 from the Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Ltd for Tamil Nadu Labour welfare Fund ( Every December Month Salary)
8.We will submit the ESI, EPF and other related payment receipt will be submitted with in 10th of every month.
9. Other terms & conditions are applicable as per the Tamil Nadu Contract Labour Act..
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Direct Man Power Supply): (ONE TIME PAYMENT SYSTEM)
1. SHC shall arrange for the Interview of candidates short listed by the Client,
2. The Client shall inform to SHC about the selection of candidates within two days from the date of Interview.
3. The client shall pay to SHC the Professional charges at the following rates.
Direct Man Power Supply All Levels:(8.33 %of the Annual CTC)
4. The client shall ensure that the payment of Professional Charges shall be made within 30 days from the date of reporting of the candidates and D.D/ Cheque should be drawn in favor of "Shri Harish Consultancy" Chennai.
5. Service tax as applicable with reference to the bill value.
6 The candidates who leave the services of the Organization within 60days of having joined it, will be replaced with free of cost
