I was joind one company jan 14 2008
After 6 days I was granted Extraordinary leave and posted its subsidiary company for next 3 years and exteded up to 09 jan 2013...on contract basis.
In betwen subsidary compny name changed two times for statuatory issues..
I resigned with my subsidary company and return my parent company on 09-01-2013 ..
Now iam working with my parent company with old employee id which given 2008 at the time my joining..now i am going to resign with company..my PF account nos in both companies different..
Here my queries are :
Is my service calluclated from 2008 onwards
Till now iam not recived any PF other benifits Leave encashment
Am i eligible for gratuty ...
If yes my basic now 10945 how much iwill receive..
If company rejects whom to i approach ..
Please help me in this issue
