Now a days the exchanges uses the same mechanism of matching job and qualification requirement and arranging the interview.
But they also need to be revamped according to new requirements of the today industry and participate in selective private industry where private consultant companies are not effective. This is the area where both parties can have mutual benefit and increase the value for Indian Colleges and Youths and Proffessionals.

Frankly speaking these Employment exchanges are not at all relevant in present scenario. They are so outdated & outpaced in their set up that we don't expect any result from them.
I my self have send them requirement of more than 100+ engineers(as statutory requirement under Compulsory notification of vaccancies for recruitment) for the last year & I have also recruited engineers but till this date I have not received any CV or Candidates from their office for this position.
