I had absconded from company ABC 2 years back on day 2 , but this company had created a pf account .
Now I am trying for a job switch and I have got offer from company XYZ. XYZ is an MNC and I have mentioned to the HR about my abcond history and shared my EPF service history for BGV as well. After few days, HR informed me that my pre Joining BGV is cleared and he has given me Offer letter.
I know there will be a BGV after i joined the company XYZ and there will be a client BGV as well. So I would like to understand if this will cause any problems for me like termination of employment, after i joined the company (even though I have disclosed everyhting through mail to the HR ).
Please do help me on this
