3)Do you think that HR is only a suport servcie or is it asigificant function like marketing and finance etc?
4)what are the basic HR responsibilities?

You need to read important provisions of Industrial disputes Act, standing orders Act P.F Act.ESI Act. gratuity Act and Bonus Act as well as prepare about performance mangment, training and Organisational department and organisation behaviour.
