Hello, Any one can explain, how many types/modes of labour licenses are there beyond Factory and Non-Factory mode. If any construction activities is going on within the premises of a factory what will be the mode of labour license.

Labour license is labour license, there are no categories of it if that is what you are asking.

I did not understand what is your intention, is to test the knowledge of contributing mebers or your querry to know on the aspect. In my knowledge there are no types or models for labour licenses. If any establishments i.e. Factory, Mines, Shops & commercial establishment registers them selves for engaging workmen 20 or more on contract then only a licence is obtained.

1) FACTORY LICENSE
2) MPCB CONSENT TO OPERATE
3) CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION( RC) IF YOU ARE ENGAGING 50 OR MORE CONTRACT LABOUR
