Dear seniors
our establishment has been already registered in employer e-seva.We received permanant user id & passward. But after that when we tried to log in the user Id we get invalid user Id & passward message.Because of this we are unable to pay our dues for last two months. We personally went to pf office but we didnot get proper response from them.We tried to use forgot passward option but still it was of no use.We made communication with epf helpdesk but all our efforts are seems to be worthless.
Please help us in this situation so that we can pay our dues regularly..
Please do the needful

user id and paswords are case sensative so try to log in to the same case of letter that you have used at the time of registration . you can also use forget password facility to recover your password.
feel free to get in touch with me if you need more assistance.
