Hello
I just have discovered the employee setting next to me has a start salary more than me
besides that we both are fresh graduate and we do the same tasks. Also I'm the older one in the company who teach him everything he knows
That makes me angry as I will receive the same payment as he starts with after 2 years !!
How to deliver my demands to my manager in a polite way. so I don't make things worse.
Regards

First of all comparing some one salary is against office ethics. Please understand all recruitment is made based on qualification, knowledge, creativity and market value. There are companies that the subordinate in drawing more salary then his reporting manager. The selection committee would have found some extra trait /capability with the newly selected guy.
Now it is your time to perform better (not the normal something more than the normal) for you to earn high perks.
This is most common now a days.

Dear Friend,
You have taken-up the employment after had a discussion with employer what would be your pay compensation. Upon your own satisfaction over the matter you accepted the offer and joined.
Even if you know what salary is being paid to person on same roll cant bring to notice of mangement. By doing this you will come under the threat of 'misconduct', and one should not comapre the salary, perks & perqusites is nothing but a matter of ethics.
In a market product that are on sale being purchased by different rates by different byers as per their bargaining capacity, for which one can not hold the sellor responsible. In the instant case your collegue could do the better bargain or your employer finds him better in the matter of qualification and experience that matched the market value.
You are unnecessarily roam around for a vain cause. My suggestion is to refrainfrom such bad thought and once it captures your imotion then you are lost.
If you are already under the shadow of your thought then the better option is to quit. Your better performance can open a platform for you to negotiate for better package, keep patience till that time.

Dear Friend,
Beyond the advise by senior colleagues here, I would suggest you to simultaneously wait for the opportunity to show case your talent and appraise the Management what you deserve as a senior than him.
When your time comes, the Management shall understand and accord you the necessary salary depending on your skills, performance and attitude.

Dear Mr. Perturbed & Angered:
How the other guy negotiated his package - assuming other things being equal - put him at a 'fair' advantage ahead of you. Bemoaning will get you no where. Between now and the next performance appraisal , see yourself outclassing and outperforming this guy, and then you will see 'things ' including compensation rising in your favor.
Whatever your status today,if you continue your professional dedication, with commitment and integrity , tomorrow the results would speak for themselves. Compensation included!
Be of good cheer
