Sir, We are planning to start an Apprenticeship training 1961 through NATS and our company comes under S&E act. The below mentioned are my queries please.
1. Shall we move the existing Gratuate Engineering Trainees to Apprenticeship training though they are covered for PF & ESI?
2. If covered under AP trg., Do we need to give leaves with wages per month?
3. In Ap. trg., if trainee joined with another company after 1 year trg, can we implement any control or any penalty clause for the deviation from the candidates?
