Hi, I have joined as HR in a hospital. I want to audit it. Can someone suggest me how should I audit and where to start auditing. Any format is available in excel or word templates. As I think it should be started by HR planning. Availability of manuals, SOPs, JD and JR, salary structure, timings, etc.? Please someone assist me in this regard. Thanks
