Midhas Consultancy
I Run my own Recruitment Consultancy. Due to Global slowdown or the corruption in the industry most of the employers either wants that we should charge our consultancy charges from the candidate or they SKIP to pay the consultancy charges after they get the contact details of the candidates. The candidates who are bothered to get a job also support them after they get the job.

Secondly i wish to publish the format of Agreement on my website so that employers who are genuine only should contact me. Will anyone please help me out sending me a sample copy of Agreement papers.

Few Employers call the candidates for interview take their particulars and inform us that the candidates are not selected. Finally they call those candidates after 3 months and absorb them without paying our consultancy charges.

Is is worth to work for big consultants on commission basis. There also i had a bad experience. Gave them a profile which was not at all visible on portals. With my personal efforts i could counsel that candidate and sent the CV to the a Big consultant who had that opening. Finally he kept on telling that the recruitment in the company is postponed and other silly reasons.

How can one genuine consultant get genuine clients in today's world where BACKDOOR jobs are on increase. Young HRs demanding money from the candidates and even after doing all this things they are even thrown out after 2-3 months.

Is there anyway we can overcome all these problems i have described here.

Thanks for your inputs. It shows the general degradation of ethics in society as well as professional life. The question remains as to who can clean the Augean stables ?? Warm regards.
