i find it a very relevant piece however i woulld suggest some practical questions which can be a part of ur PPT
what r the various MD options avaliable
how do we go about it viz need analysis, role analysis, designing the program, implementing it
linking it to strategic objetives of teh organisation and finally evaluating the pros and cons of diff options avaliable
in case u r interested i can share a similar ppt
