Hi, I need your guidance on the below issue I am facing: My company provides IT infrastructure support to our clients. For one of our clients, we participated in tender & got the order, which project was previously with us only. Now our project team is insisting me re-recruit the resources, who are already in our payroll & reissue appointment letter to them as per the new contract's terms & conditions. My question is If we do so, then will there be any compliance issues like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
