I resigned and said that I will serve the notice period. But management decided against it. So, What should I expect from the company? Is it the basic pay or full salary?
In the offer letter it is said that notice period should be not less than 2 months.

Dear Adarsh,
When the management prefers to accept your resignation with immediate effect and relieve you forthwith though you opted to serve the two months notice period, it amounts to a counter offer. Therefore, the employer has to pay you two months salary along with the orders of relief.
