please advise can we update new address on existing FORM-III or we have to apply fresh FORM-III for new location and surrender old one.

Hello Sharma,
You have to surrender that Existing Form III and you have to apply new form III with respective circle authority.
Because if you shifted to new location address changed and circle also will changed. So kindly surrender that old form III.
