Dear Sir,
Plz, any one can help me in this regards, am working in manufacturing company, Rs. 30,000/- take home salary.
Basic : Rs. 10,320/-
Allowance: Rs. 21,114/-
PF @ 12% : Rs. 1239/-
Is PF deduction is correct or not & I want to know how can i split the allowance as
DA
HRA
CCA
Any percentage is their to split this, If percentage is there means on gross salary or Basic Salary.
Kindly clear my doubt.

Hi Manju
There is nothing wrong in ur PF calculation. Instead of giving just allowances you can further bifurcate. as enclosed. In your case you shall treat PF as 1239 or 780 where 780 is 12% on 6500/-
There is no any standard percentage to split wages as Basic, HRA & other allowances but we should plan to reduce the Income Tax on the earnings.
