No such rule or enactment on salary advance.
It is the sole discrimination of the company/ as per the rules framed in the company.
Many companies are not allowing any salary advance for the first 15 days of the disbursement of the salary.
Nevertheless, this may be look into case wise. If somebody asks for an advance for some sudden untoward happening then what to do?
