I am Santosh Kumar, working in Pune. I was associated with Ntrance Ltd (sister concern of WNS company) left job in 2004 however unable to withdraw my PF (worked around 1.5years).
I tried checking the balance online however encountered with below mentioned error. would request you to either let me know if there are any other method to check my PF balance or how i can withdraw the amount without visiting the office.
PS: I am not working currently therefore can\'t transfer the pf to current company.
ERROR:
STATUS for Member ID: PU/PUN/0012***/000/0003***
Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this PU/PUN/0012***/000/0003***

Many like you are experiencing the same hassles. EPFO dept does not update the data. I am also facing the same problem. What one can do while dealing with lazy govt servants? Pon

Dear Santosh,
You are getting this error because there could be any error in your name in the EPF A/c is wrong, which could be corrected.
If you have any EPF Slip, then you can easily cross check your particulars on that slip.
As your epf a/c is inactive since 2004, it might be freezed.
So, it is better to contact the concern EPF Office.
