I am working as a HR Executive in Manufacturing industry. First time i am going to file the ASI return. But i don't know whether the ASI Return is filed by HR dept or finance, because in ASI Return we have to submit both finance and aslo HR related documents. But i am not sure about what are all the documents i have to submit from HR department side. So Kindly Guide me to proceed further..

Ultimately company has to file, data have to flow from both HR and Finance. There is no strict guideline, it depeneds on the company, who is dealing with NSS and ASI ?
For company's internal records, company may get signature of both HR and Fin. on a company's copy to make them accountable.
