Hi everyone, I am Ankita. I need guidance from you all experienced people.
Actually, I have done my graduation in BE(IT). But I am working as an HR executive. It has been 8 days since I started. I know nothing about this stream. How should I keep up? What is expected from HR? The behavior, interaction with employees, and how to handle responsibilities? I am trying my best but I get stuck sometimes. Also in the future, I want to go for MBA. How should I plan it?
Thanks.

Dear Ankita,
First of all i will say you are not the right candidate for the profile for the time being. You are not aware about your profile nor you are trained for the same,so you will face problem. You start reading HR books and try to find out your responsibilites from your senior. If you have interest for learning things, you will get success. All the Best

Dear Ankita ,
Office plan can become hectic at times. You should schedule your work in such a way that you can cope up with your office plan. Office plan should be made thoughtfully, so that you can deliver out productive work. You can do the work priority wise that can help you to have a great office plan.
Office environment should be professional and interactive. Employees should be interactive and friendly with each other. If you have good colleagues making a cool office environment then you will feel like home. You can be comfortable working in office, if you really have a cool office environment and will be able to give your best.
