i need your help & Suggestion, I am attaching my draft below need your help to improve this, as I need to send this to my HO Cuttack.
"Sub: - Mediclaim Policy Premium Reimbursement & Enhancement in Sum Assured
We request to reimburse the amount deducted for the medical policy premium of employees of OSL - Oil & Gas Division FY 2020-2021 (Annexure is attached with the Letter).
And at the same time, it is a request from employees of OSL - Oil & Gas that in view of the current situation, the sum assured of the medical policy is not enough for five members. So, they request that this amount should be increased up to 10 lacs.

The proposal is approved as proposed."
