Hello Sir/Mam,
My father works in central government as a Dispatch Rider, a year ago he had a brain strok while working in a office, office staff sent him to private hospital, where he stayed about 15 days, and he recovered a bit. All the medical expenses were payed by the government. He has been on medical leave since 8th months because he can not walk, his being oneside pearlised as well and was receiving his full monthly salary, after 8months of holiday they stopped his salary, it's been more 6th month that they didn't give him a penny. Whenever any of us go to office to talk, they just tell us to do a retirement, it's very frustrating because all the family is dependent on that job.
So I would like to know what are the option we can have being in this situation?
Any suggestions would be very thankful

Hello Deepak Raykwar,
While Nathrao has suggested the course of action vis-a-vis your father, also suggest YOU to planout the future course of action.
You said ".........all the family is dependent on that job". But you also know that your father cannot be active anytime soon. So at some point of time, the salary inflow into your family is bound to come down [half-salary or some such figure--depending on the Rules]. WHAT AFTER THEN?
Are you working? And any siblings?
You have not mentioned anything about PF accruals.

Mostly government departments are subject to central administrative tribunal
You need to go to the higher authorities which control the department.
If you don't get a response, then you can appeal to CAT which will instruct the concerned department to continue paying salary till retirement date (or whatever solution is there concerning the case)
There are procedure, you need to see how the appeal can be made.
