Positivity is inside you. When all are complaining about you then just ignore everyone and do your work in your own way. but yes you have to be bit diplomatic, Never say straight No to your co-workers rather you want to do that work or not. and always keep a big smile on your face which will give a trouble nad thought to your colleagues that why you are not upset from their behavior. be polite n happy and yes most important be yourself ,always think i am right and m doing right.
