Dear Sir, My wife seriously suffer with joindis & she pregnant also, case of emergency I admitted my wife in non ESIC hospital there I spent lots of money for my wife's treatment, now my wife & my little Angel are well, I was going to ESIC for claiming that spent amount, they said me you can claim but first you collect ENTITLEMENT from you company, In my company they don't know what is entitlement, and today ESIC office closed due to holiday so can you please tell me what is ENTITLEMENT ?
